These are photographs of a Map of Haywood County Tennessee published by D.G. Beers & Co in 1877.   It includes names of the landowners and businesses.  It has detailed insets for both Brownsville and Stanton.

This map was recovered from the attic at Myrtle Hill by Joe Crafton Sr. in the 1970's and protected from further damage.   This map was painstakingly restored by paper restoration expert Jodi Utter at East - West Paper Company.     High quality reproductions are available for a donation to the Stanton Preservation Trust.
